According to WHO Mental disorders comprise a broad range of problems, with different symptoms. However, they are generally characterized by some combination of abnormal thoughts, emotions, behaviour and relationships with others.

  • Experiencing severe mood swings that cause issues in all relationships
  • Having persistent memories or thoughts that won’t go away

  • Inability to perform daily tasks such as going to work or school or personal hygiene
